If your purchase does not meet your expectations or you simply want a refund, just contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will refund your purchase amount to you in full. - We inspect all returned items. Products must be received in the following condition to qualify for a refund:
- The product must be in new condition
- The product must be returned with all original product tags in place, and with all product inserts and accessories included.
- The product must be re-packaged in the original manufacturer packaging (when applicable) and shipping packaging (when possible).
Since this is a digital product, we will remove access to the TradingView strategy and indicators upon notice of refund/cancellation/return and no further action will be required or needed from the purchaser. Your refund/return will be processed immediately and funds sent back to your bank, CC, etc. within 3 days.
